That Spirited Lot
That Spirited Lot is a boutique family-run distillery located in Seaford. With over 10 spirits in the range including 3-4 experimental small batch releases, the hardest part is deciding which ones to include in your tasting flight!
It was a dream of brothers Jon-Paul (JP) and Chris Willigenburg back in 2018 to work together on a project that combined their love of tastes & flavours with distilling. Along the way, sisters Sarah (married to JP) and Kate Barton also joined the boys on their crazy ride. As a result, That Spirited Lot was born.
Their extensive spirit menu is hard to narrow down but the easy part is deciding whether to pair it with a grazing board or jaffles during your visit. Locally sourced beer is also available. For the non-alcohol drinkers, this clever bunch have an inclusive experience just for you! They have developed syrups from leftover botanical ingredients used during their distilling process. They source and prepare from organically- or locally-grown ingredients, run their distillery and manufacturing entirely on solar power and ensure their grain & organic waste is recycled by the local farming industry, supporting livestock and agriculture – we just love a high benchmark because it sets the standard!
