LOADED BARREL Distillery
Loaded Barrel Distillery opened in September 2024 and is proudly owned and operated by Bob Wilhelm, his partner Sue and son Tyrone. As a new addition to the Eastside Beer Belt, this distillery offers a unique experience for spirit lovers. A focus on Whisky, Gin and Rum allows for a diverse selection of tasting options, with expertly crafted spirits available at accessible prices.
Tasting flights provide the perfect way to explore the range, featuring 4 X15ml pours. Whisky and Rum flights are available for $25, while Gin flights are offered for $20. For those who prefer non spirit drinks – tap beer, hard ginger beer and wine are also available.
A selection of grazing plates complements the drinks, including a generous meat, cheese and cracker platter. A lighter option of dips and Turkish bread are also available. Every item is carefully chosen to pair perfectly with the spirits.
Loaded Barrel stands out by experimenting with innovative production techniques and flavour profiles. Full creative control is maintained by brewing the mash in-house, ensuring a unique whisky experience. Visitors can always expect something different, making every visit a discovery of bold and exciting flavours.
