Project Brewing company

Project Brewing’s taproom, located in industrial Rowville, first opened their doors in June 2019 as a place for locals to call home! With 14 rotating taps, including 3 core range, 1 cider and 10 limited releases, there is always something new on the board to try… not to mention their spirit range, Nocturnal. 

Local owners, Braden and Caitlin are a husband and wife team who opened the brewery ‘they wished they lived close to!’ Their brewery started as more of a project they wanted to ‘have a go at’ and has grown into the amazing space it is today. 

Their equipment is on display and it’s not unusual for them to be in production through bar trading hours where patrons can see and smell their products and learn about the brewing process.

Braden & Caitlin also designed and built a standalone distillery with a focus on variety, as they love to take people through a wide range of flavours. With over 12 vodkas, 14 gins, 6 whiskeys and 1 rum, you have so much to choose from. Wines and other standard bar spirits are also available, as well as a delicious Burger food truck in the driveway.
