Quiet Corner Distillery is the passion project of Matt and Deb Golden, Bayside locals who established Quiet Corner Distillery as a family business in 2023. Quiet Corner Distillery produces a range of unique spirits, rarely found in today’s market, such Premium Moonshine, Carolina Reaper Moonshine and Absinthe, with many others planned for the future.

The highlight of any visit to Quiet Corner Distillery is the cellar door bar, where Matt and Deb showcase the amazing ways these unique spirits can be used at home to create easy cocktails that will impress and wow your friends!

One of the unique features of Quiet Corner Distillery is that they produce from “Grain to Glass”, meaning that they mill their own grains and raw ingredients to cook and ferment into alcohol on site, before distilling onto high quality spirits. This allows for greater control of flavour and quality in the production process.
