Sundays distillery

Founded from the idea of bringing people together Sundays came about from wanting to create and bottle the spontaneity and playfulness of all those great Sundays well spent with great people. In December 2025, Sundays opened its Distillery door in Moorabbin for the public to enjoy. 

Sundays Distilling is all about fun, easy-drinking booze done right. Specialising in vodka, gin and vibrant cellos, their Moorabbin distillery is paired with a laid-back cocktail + snack bar pouring crowd-pleasing cocktails and self guided tasting flights. Think gin flights, spritz flights, or simply order from their cocktail and highball menu. Good vibes and good booze – the perfect stop for an easy and casual afternoon with friends.

Sundays hope to inspire the next generation of spirit lovers to get mixing with their bright and crisp flavour that is sentimental to their fun-loving and spontaneous nature.
