Co-Conspirators brewing

Co-Conspirators Brewing Co. is an independent brewery and brewpub located in the heart of Brunswick. Founded by two couples with a shared love of great beer, storytelling and bringing people together, Co-Conspirators has grown from a gypsy-brewing operation into a welcoming neighbourhood venue with 26 taps and a working brewery on site.

Co-Conspirators beers are inspired by colourful characters—both real and imagined—with each release featuring its own distinctive personality and illustrated identity. Across the taps, guests can explore everything from approachable lagers, pale ales and hazy beers to bold IPAs, rich dark beers, limited releases and barrel-aged creations.

The brewpub is a relaxed, inclusive and family-friendly space designed for sharing a drink with friends. Alongside their own beers, they showcase independent Victorian producers, alcohol-free options and rotating food partners. Co-Conspirators also host regular community events, including drag bingo, trivia, LEGO nights, beer festivals and special brewery celebrations.

In 2026, Co-Conspirators is celebrating ten years of beer, collaboration and independent brewing. Northside Beer Belt guests can expect friendly service, fresh beer brewed on site and plenty of new characters to discover with every visit.
