We LOVE creating and customising private & corporate tours, specific to you and your crew. Whether it is a Christmas function, End of Financial Year event, special birthday or just because – we’ve got you covered.
Our private & corporate tours consist of visiting 3 or 4 breweries/ distilleries in a day or include an activity to spice it up!
With 3 beer & spirit regions (Bayside, Eastside & Cityside), 34 brewery and 10 distillery partners, the hardest part is deciding which ones to visit!

TOUR/ EVENT PACKAGES
PAY AS YOU GO TOUR!
This is our YOU DO YOU tour! This base package tour is all about freedom of choice when it comes to both eating and drinking. Nothing is locked in and people can choose what they want to eat and drink whilst on the tour.
This tour includes:
- Private transport.
- Pick up/ drop off from your nominated location.
- Private host & guide.
- Custom designed itinerary.
- Venue reservations
- A link to pictures taken on the day.
- A bus load of fun.
(Duration – 4-6 hrs depending on package & pick up location)
You then pay for what you drink and eat throughout the day directly at the venues.

- Up to 6 people– $690 (3 venues), $760 (4 venues)
- Up to 11 people– $775 (3 venues), $880 (4 venues)
- Up to 22 people– $1260 (3 venues), $1365 (4 venues)
- Up to 40 people– $1995 (3 venues visits)

ALL INCLUSIVE TOUR
Sit back, relax and don’t think about a thing! This is the perfect tour package for those who want everything included so there is nothing to think about on the day. It is our base package plus a shared lunch and tasting paddles/ spirit flights.

- Shared lunch and a pint/ drink at stop 1. (menu depends on venue)

ART CLASS + BREWERY/ DISTILLERY TOUR
Add some artistic fun to your day out! This combined Art Class + Brewery/ Distillery tour is sure to impress your crew. The art class can be held in either a purpose built studio in Moorabbin or set up in a brewery.
This tour includes:
- Private transport.
- Pick up from your nominated location.
- Private host & guide.
- Custom designed itinerary.
- Venue reservations. (art class + 2 breweries/ distilleries)
- 2 hour guided art class with well known local and experienced instructor, Eddie Balic.
- All painting equipment.
- Tunes and fun vibes.
- Walk away with your own masterpiece and new skills!
- 2 brewery/ distillery visits.
- Shared lunch and a pint/ drink. (menu depends on venue)
- Tasting paddle/ spirit flight at stop 3.

COOKING CLASS + BREWERY/ DISTILLERY TOUR
Get your cook on and combine a unique cooking activity plus a brewery/ distillery tour! Enjoy a fun, hands on cooking experience at a custom built kitchen in Abbotsford, including eating followed by 2 Cityside brewery & distillery visits with tasting paddles/ flights.
This tour includes:
- Private transport.
- Pick up from your nominated location.
- Private host & guide.
- Custom designed itinerary.
- 2 hour hands on, social cooking experience, including eating.
- Drink on arrival (Moon Dog beer, wine, sparkling & soft drink).
- Expert chef demonstration of chosen cuisine, including recipes to replicate at home.
- Tastings, making entree, main and side dishes.
- Sit and eat together at the end with a glass of beer, sparkling wine, wine or soft drinks.
- 2 Cityside Beer Belt brewery/ distillery visits.
- 2 tasting paddles/ spirit flights.

A wide range of cuisines to choose from: Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Dumpling Making, Italian (pasta or pizza making) or Mexican.

- Up to 11 people– $3,000*
- Up to 22 people– $1365 + $190* per person (minimum 14 people)
- Up to 40 people– $1995 + $190* per person
Fine Print for this package:
- For groups up to 11 people, $1,900 is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
- For groups larger than 14 people, $1200 is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
- Final numbers and payment are due 2 weeks prior to the tour date.
- There is a no refund policy for the cooking class, however you will be able to get credit to use against future bookings.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS!
But wait, there’s more…. We have a few additions you can add to your package to make it even more EPIC!
$30pp – Shared lunch (PAYG package)
$10pp – BeerOlympic Games. A series of fun games and activities throughout the day until one team is crowned Champs of the Tour.
$400 – Live musicians for 1.5 hours – they join us on the bus (big bus only) and at one of the venues. They love song requests. Not available during late November & December.
Have a celebrity join your tour for 1.5-2 hours and make it the MOST memorable event you’ve organised!
Starting from $1500, have Simon Madden, Dale Weightman, Doug Hawkins, Greg Hall, Heath Davidson, Billy Brownless, Dipper, Anthony Koutoufides, David Rhys Jones, Russell Robertson, Sam Soliman, Warwick Capper, Dane Swan, Dermie, Merv Hughes, Matthew Richardson, Brett Harvey, Kevin Sheedy, Tony Shaw or Dave O’Neil join your tour and the fun! THINGS TO NOTE:
- *Per person prices above are estimates based on the average tasting paddle/flight price. A final per person cost will be sent through once an itinerary has been set.
- Prices above are for Monday – Saturday. For Sunday tours, please add $80.
- Additional travel cost of $100 per 25km from pick up location to first venue applies.
- Additional drinks and food are payable directly on the day.
- For non-beer/ spirit drinkers, other drink options will be available.
- We happily cater for most dietary requirements – must be notified at the time of booking.
- A $250 security bond deposit is required to lock in the tour at the time of booking. This is returned after the tour providing no incidental charges are incurred.
- Final numbers due 2 weeks prior to tour date & can not be reduced after confirmation. Full tour payment is due 1 week prior to tour date, except for the Cooking Class + Brewery/Distillery Tour package – that is due 2 weeks prior.
- We do not do bucks or hen’s day tours.
- Terms & Conditions apply including a cancellation policy, anti-social behaviour policy and intoxication policy.
